Montreal, November 6, 2018 -The AQT is launching the 17th edition of the AQT – Investissement Québec CEO of the Year Contest and invites presidents of techno companies to submit their candidacy by January 7th. Leading a tech company is an exciting challenge, the achievements of the leaders deserve to be recognized!
The AQT -Investissement Québec PDG prize is the largest business recognition addressed exclusively to CEOs of tech companies.
Your achievements deserve to be recognized
Recognizing the innovative nature of the initiatives and challenges identified by the presidents of companies, the AQT-Investissement Québec AQT award of the year ensures the influence of the CEO or of the CEO with his peers, as well as with the Quebec economic community.
When applying, the company CEO benefits from extensive media coverage and a short corporate video. In addition, he or she enjoys high visibility through the communication tools of AQT and Investissement Québec while generating a sense of pride for current and future employees, pleased with the recognition obtained by management. Lastly, the three AQT – Investissement Québec AQT finalists will be invited as speakers at one of the “5 @ 7 AQT Entrepreneur Paths” in the following year.
Selection process for finalists and winner
Following the submission of nominations, before January 7, a jury made up of representatives of the techno industry and Investissement Québec will select three finalists who will be particularly prominent.
Lastly, the nominee-e-CEO of the year AQT-Investissement Québec is the one who obtains the majority of the votes of the jury (30%) and the votes of the participants in Vision PDG (70%). The award is presented at the gala evening on February 21, 2019, the largest business forum that brings together technology presidents to discuss governance issues and get out of the loneliness of the CEO.
