POSITION DESCRIPTION

The AQT is looking for an Assistant Project Management Coordinator. The incumbent will participate in the realization of a large-scale project, across the province, namely the digital transformation of businesses in the retail sector. With the help of the project manager, you will ensure the deployment and implementation of defined actions and initiatives, as well as the administrative management of the teams: management of schedules, banks of customer hours, control of costs, allocation of resources, monitoring of performance indicators etc.
In other words, the person will be responsible for the following tasks:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the administrative management of the project: planning, management, task monitoring, resource allocation, etc.);
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with the management team, coordination and issues of current projects;
  • Coordinate the various stages and ensure rigorous follow-up of internal requests;
  • Generate a detailed and concise report of the activities;
  • Manage deadlines so that the project is delivered in quality and on time;
  • Respond to questions and requests from suppliers, teammates and customers;
  • All other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Plan user interventions;

QUALIFICATIONS
