Tech CEOs from Quebec

Eligibility requirements
Only CEOs, presidents orco-founders of tech companies with headquarters in Quebec, as well as general managers of local divisions of multinational companies established in the province, are admitted to CEO Vision. Individuals who have already participated in the event as a tech CEO in the last three years and who remain active in the industry may also be eligible, under certain conditions.
👉 Participation is reserved for active AQT members (membership must be valid at the time of the event).

The event allows only one representative per company.

Very Early Rate — $3,999
Valid until October 31, 2026

Early Rate — $4,150
Valid until December 31, 2026

Regular Rate — $4,500
Effective January 1, 2027

Passport Rate — $3,750

  Registrations are subject to approval to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria. This offer is non-transferable and reserved for tech CEOs who are members in good standing of AQT. (see the For Who section)

• Dietary Restrictions
  

  All allergies and dietary restrictions must be declared at the time of registration.

• Eligible Training
  A portion of the CEO Vision registration fee may qualify as an eligible training expense under Section 5 of the Act to promote workforce skills development and recognition. 
• Photos and Videos
  

  By registering, you consent to appearing in visual content that may be used for promotional purposes.

• Dress Code
  - Business casual attire throughout the event
  - Evening attire recommended for the gala
  - Please bring appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear for participants in morning walks
  
  

No refunds.

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: Transfer to the equivalent edition the following year (valid once only).

• Cancellation 30 days or less before the event: No transfer, credit, or refund.

• If the transfer is not used for the following year’s edition, the registration is forfeited, with no refund or credit.
