FAQ

Who Is Vision Leadership For?

Vision Leadership is designed for executive teams — the CEO’s closest leadership circle. It is the ideal space for CXOs, VPs, and senior executives who support the CEO in alignment and execution.

👉 For CEOs, the flagship event remains Vision PDG, taking place from April 14 to 16, 2026.

How to Choose Which Executive Team Members Should Participate?

hose who will gain the most from Vision Leadership are executives who:

  • Contribute directly to the company’s strategic decisions

  • Seek to strengthen cross-department alignment

  • Value expanding their network with peers in comparable roles

  • Have the ability to take action after the event and implement concrete improvements

Is Vision Leadership a training program? Not in the traditional sense. Vision Leadership is a two-day retreat built around case-based presentations from the tech sector, followed by dynamic small-group exchanges.
👉 You’ll leave with directly applicable learnings — far beyond a standard lecture-style training.
Why register more than one participant? Because each executive gains unique value: new contacts, concrete ideas, and fresh perspectives.
👉 By seating your leaders at different tables, you maximize the richness of exchanges and return with a diversity of approaches that benefit the entire executive team.
