A Quebec SME that became a global infrastructure platform

Founder and CEO of Mediaclip, Marion Duchesne has grown a Quebec software company into a product personalization platform used around the world. Today, its technology is used by some of the largest retail and pharmacy chains in North America and Europe, as well as by commercial printers, Shopify and WooCommerce stores, and print-on-demand networks.

Throughout that growth, the company’s business model has never stood still. To enter new markets, evolve its offering, rethink pricing and integrate AI, Marion has had to reassess it several times.
