CEO Vision 2025
When CEOs Chart the Path of the Digital Economy
From April 8 to 10, more than 140 tech CEOs gathered in Tremblant. Once again, the magic happened, and a powerful energy filled the air. With some perspective, here is a look back at the 2025 edition of CEO Vision — still the leading source of momentum and identity for the AQT.
AI AND THE CDAE REFORM: THE NEED FOR VIGILANCE TO MAXIMIZE IMPACT
The AQT must ensure that this tax credit delivers maximum benefits and that the reform does not hinder digital transformation projects involving high value-added jobs.
GUARDING AGAINST THE IMPACT OF CONTROVERSIAL GOVERNMENT PROJECTS
TOWARD A RENEWED AQT
—
This renewal will be shaped around Vision PDG, the main driver of engagement for Quebec’s tech CEOs.
—
The new value proposition will be built on three key pillars:
1. A strong and engaged communitY
2. High-quality content
3. Increased recognition and strategic influence
STILL THAT STRIKING FEELING OF A “DAVOS FOR QUEBEC’S TECH CEOS”
—
Inspiring talks left a lasting impression and fueled a sense of shared ambition.
—
And the evenings… were exactly what they should be!
QUEBEC’S AMBITIONS KNOW NO BORDERS
Quebec Companies Like Averna (François Rainville) and Levio (François Dion) Are Sources of Pride — and Positive Contagion. Operating across global markets, these companies inspire others through their growth models, whether by acquisition or organically. Their success stories spark ambition and foster collaboration.
—
The ambitions of CEOs were further fueled by impressive international journeys shared with authenticity — including that of Charlie Kawwas, CEO of Broadcom.
—
Two highly aspirational keynotes also stood out: “Uncover Your Blind Spots and Unleash Higher Performance” by Marisa Murray, who encouraged leaders to overcome blind spots to unlock their full potential, and “Beyond Today: The CEO’s Playbook for the Future” by international speaker Alicia Shao, who offered a visionary roadmap for leaders looking to anticipate tomorrow’s major shifts.
