XYZ TECHNOLOGIES EXPANDS ITS PRESENCE IN THE CANADIAN CREATIVE ECOSYSTEM

 MONTREAL, APRIL 9, 2026 -  To strengthen its presence within the Canadian creative ecosystem, XYZ Technologies has entered into an agreement with TKNL to take over select activities from its experiential division. 

This strategic transaction for both organizations aligns with TKNL’s intention to refocus on its core strength: event production. As part of the agreement, XYZ Technologies will integrate the activities  of Les Heureux, an entity owned by TKNL.

At XYZ Technologies, as at TKNL, we welcome this agreement with enthusiasm, as it aligns directly  with our respective development strategies. It also represents a unique opportunity to strengthen collaboration between two organisations based  in Quebec’s audiovisual sector that share common values, particularly with regard to innovation and  client satisfaction.
