Starting at 8:00 a.m., take advantage of the welcome period and your first opportunities to connect with other participants before the conferences begin at 9:00 a.m.

The event concludes on December 3 with the closing luncheon and keynote in the early afternoon.

Registrations are subject to approval to ensure eligibility requirements are met.

Registration includes conferences, meals and networking activities. Accommodation is not included.

  • Inclusions
    Your registration includes conferences, meals and networking activities. 
  • Dietary Restrictions
    Allergies and dietary restrictions must be indicated when registering. 
  • Eligible Training Activity
    A portion of the Vision Leadership registration fee may qualify as an eligible training activity under Section 5 of Quebec’s ''Act to promote workforce skills development and recognition''. A certificate is available upon request. 
  • Photos and Videos
    By registering, participants consent to appearing in visual content, including photos and videos taken during the event, which may be used by AQT for promotional purposes.
  • Dress Code
    Business casual attire is recommended throughout the event. 

No refunds

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: Registration may be transferred to the equivalent edition the following year. This transfer may only be used once.
  • Cancellation 30 days or less before the event: No transfer, credit or refund will be issued. 

If the transferred registration is not used for the following edition, the registration will be forfeited without refund or credit.
