Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable and will be credited to other AQT activities if written notice is given one month before (January 4, 2020). After this date, an administration fee of 50% will be retained and the balance will be transferred to other activities of the calendar ending December 31, 2021. No credit will be granted on cancellation less than a week before the event, after January 28, 2020.
