Serge Beauchemin began his career as a sales representative in computer shops. At 22, he decided to start his own business. With a friend and start-up capital of $ 40, 3-SOFT is creaated in 1987, a firm specializing in reselling software. The growth is spectacular. In 1999 he is among the list of Top 40 Canadians under 40 years top performers. Under his leadership, the company grows and achieves a turnover of over $ 75M in 2004. In this years, the company has developed other business units, has made several sales, mergers and business acquisitions and raised private funding of over $ 5M. She was also part of the 50 Best Managed Private Companies in Canada, and this for six consecutive years!
In 2005, the company was sold to its main competitor for strategic reasons. Thereafter, Serge Beauchemin acquires and invests in several companies including Créacor, a management consulting firm; Ngenio, psychological testing, development firm; Strom Spa, relaxation center in kind and finally in K3 Media, a digital creative agency and web development. Today, Serge Beauchemin is a member of Anges Québec. He is actively involved at the strategic level in companies where he is a shareholder, offers his experience and knowledge as a coach to entrepreneurs and top executives and lectures on entrepreneurship and the importance of pursuing dreams.
Mr. Beauchemin has a charisma and a sense of unusual communications. These attributes have enabled it to develop excellent skills in the field of marketing.
