PERSONAL CORPORATE PATH

Mr. Filiatreault is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and managed six businesses successfully. Five of these companies were in information technology and aeronautics. Three of them are publicly traded. He currently runs a Technology Investment: Fund OpenText Enterprise Application Fund.

In January 2011, he joined Neuralitic Systems which is a private company backed by venture capital funds. Neuralitic is a software company working in the field of business intelligence for mobile applications. Neuralitic was acquired in December 2012 by Guavus, a telecommunications company based in California.

From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Filiatreault was President and Chief Nstein Technologies Directorate, a public company with offices in Canda, USA, England and France specialized in the field of semantic analysis software. Nstein was acquired by Open Text (OTC.TO) in April 2010.

Previously, he served as President and CEO of PG Mensys Information Systems, a provider of software solutions for municipalities (acquired in March 2007 by Harris Computer Systems, a division of Constellation Software). He also founded NordTech Aerospace, a Canadian public company maintenance and repair of commercial aircraft. From 2000 to 2002 Mr. Filiatreault was president of BellZinc, a subsidiary of Bell Canada, which has developed and operated the largest internet portal for Canadian SMEs.

Mr. Filiatreault graduated in Engineering Physics in 1987 at Laval University and is the father of 4 children.
