Mergers and acquisition : initiated and participated in 4 transactions from business acquisitions between 2000 and 2012 (2 Acquisitions and 2 sales);
International: negotiated and facilitated North American and global partnerships with companies such as NI , Cisco, Genesys Labs , Intel, Avaya , Accenture, etc. ;
Sales: led international sales teams that signed major contracts with prestigious clients such as TD Bank; National Bank; Gardens; Government of Quebec ; Air Canada; Duke Power , Microsoft, Apple, GE , Samsung, etc.
As a businessmen of software company, François is a pragmatic leader whose strength is his ability to articulate a clear vision allowing him to motivate its resources towards ambitious business goals. In addition to providing leadership in sales of Averna since the end of 2012, François sits as a chairman of SIM, the CA Notarius, the advisory committees of Integrale MBD, and SpaceCodesign Nexalogy.
François was CEO of Eloda (2007-2011) and PRIMA (Elix) from 1992 to 2004. He was involved in the sale of PRIMA / Elix Bell Canada in 2007, and the sale of Eloda to Cedrom SNI in 2011.
He was named “Top 40 Under 40,” “Personality of the Month in Quebec,” “Person of the Week” by La Presse, “the most influential CTI Personality” and “Young businessman of the year” the JCCM.
He graduated in Information (1984) and honorary graduate of DIRO UdeM (2005) and Chairman of the Board of the Refuge des Jeunes of Montreal organization that helps young homeless men 17 to 25 years
